I’ve been making art videos and tutorials to share my knowledge about digital art. I find the screen casting method to be the best way to show exactly what I’m doing on the screen. For someone who wants to learn digital art, you can get first hand experience by watching the step by step techniques to learn how to draw digitally. As of today there is another really easy way to do this and that is through Facebook!
Facebook Live now offers a screen casting option right on the platform. Before, you
had to download a third party app to do this but now it can be easily done by clicking the “Share Screen” option on the Live menu window. How great is that?!

Take a look at my Facebook Live screen share video above.
The only drawback I have found so far is the limited options as far as video viewing quality, you only have two from a business page. The personal page seems to have more options. Other than that I think it’s a great addition to Facebook and an easy way to make and share screen casting videos.
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
