Here is how to draw a tropical drink to go with those hot summer days. In this step-by-step video tutorial, we’ll draw a fun and fruity beverage to go with your summer crafts! Follow along to see how to do it.
We’ll add a crushed ice texture to the top layer of the drink using the Hello Summer texture bundle.
Once you’re done, use the finished drawing and turn it into a resin keychain craft or toss it into your Cricut Heat Press and make a custom t-shirt from it.

This tutorial is a tiny bit more advanced than the usual ones because, although we’re still using shapes, we’re using them as lines to mimic a free-hand drawing style. But we’re still using mostly circles and rectangles.
This lesson takes about 20 minutes and the finished design can be used for SVG projects or printed for sublimation design projects.
We’ll use Inkscape for this drawing. The shortcuts that I use in the video can all be found in my Inkscape Ready Set Go! Ebook.
