How to choose a girl’s night craft party theme
First things first, you’ll need to choose a theme.
This could be a holiday: Christmas, Valentine’s Day or maybe a place: Paris, London or a tropical island.
Then, come up with the crafts that will be offered.
Choose 3-4 different crafts of varying prices for people to choose from.
Try to choose projects that can be done in one night, nothing too time-consuming.
Prepare for the craft party
Let’s talk about how to prepare for the party.
Once you’ve picked your theme, you’ll need to think about how much prep work each craft will require.
Make a test version of each craft and photograph each item.
You can easily use the camera from your smartphone, you don’t need any high-tech fancy gear.
Just be sure to use good lighting and a nice layout.
Now you’ll make a poster with the pictures and include the date, time, and price of participation if applicable.
You can make a really cute poster in an online photo editor like Canva or PicMonkey.
Now you can share your poster with your friends via social media, text, or email.
You’re not limited to posters, make a GIF from photos that you took of the project for even easier sharing.
Watch the video below to see how I made an easy gif using Canva.
PicMonkey, Visme, or Canva lets you send your finished poster or GIF online in lots of different ways.
I came up with a round-up list of craft party ideas sure to make your next girls’ night out a hit!
Here are a few ideas to get you started!

10 Girls night out craft party ideas
1. Tote bags
You can never have enough cute tote bags.
A couple of fun and cute personalized tote bags will make awesome gifts that can be used for special occasions like bridal showers, bachelorette parties, or just everyday running errands.
Get blank tote bags like these with sturdy straps.
If you’re only using a home iron for everyone, it will take too long to press the designs onto the tote bags.
An iron might not be hot enough and it could take a few tries to get the design on there.
Think about having backup supplies like an Easy Press machine.
It covers more surface area than an iron does and heats up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Rhinestone template t-shirt
This idea lets you go home with something to wear and show everyone.
Choose a few SVG images that you can print on vinyl transfer sheets.
Have a few white or other light-colored blank t-shirts in various sizes or ask everyone to bring their own.
5. Wood sign
6. Drink coasters
7. Water bottle
8. Ceramic bowl
9. String art
10. Makeup brush holder

These are just a few craft party ideas to get you started.
Your girls’ night out will be so much fun!
At the end of the night, everyone will be able to take something home that is both beautiful and useful.
